Upgrading graphics card in Sony Vaio. Can I use PCI Express card in my PCI slot, or do I have to use AGP?

I have a Sony Vaio PCV-RS510 with an Intel integrated graphics card and I want to upgrade. I have three PCI slots and one AGP slot. The processor is Intel Pentium 4 w/HT 2.8 GHz. Can I use PCI Express in the PCI slot, or do I have to go with AGP for the graphics card.

No, PCI-E ports are much different than AGP or PCI, first off, they just wont fit, different design. You need a good AGP card.
